I suspect you don't need to start with the easy ones

nrc: actually drafting and polishing a RFC is the hard part when there's also real work to be done

I'd be happy to help with that

like, there's that private-type-in-public RFC that needs to be rewritten and I just forget about it again and again

nrc: well, let me know when you run out of newer people and we can probably go through a few of the ones that need to be done sooner than later :)

i was going to do the PR, but i'm happy with whatever

just want to make sure we get them all, and backport

ah right -- statement attribute stabilization, and Reflect deprecation

both of which need to be updated on the tracking issue also
