#zoneminder

hello guys

I have a dvr with 5 channels, and I would like to add those 5 channels to my tv, keeping my cable channels. There must be some device which join both (cable + cctv) channels, anyone knows?

is this possible with zoneminder?

I could find bnc splitters but I can't find one which allos me to connect 5 IN and 1 OUT and setup a tv channel frecuency for those 4 channels from the CCTV and the other for the cable tv

isnt a T connector a splitter?

compdoc: I want to connect 4 BNC wires from cameras, and 1 cable TV provider to 1 output, and see those 4 cameras on different channels on the tv

it has to be 5:1 IN:OUT, and shoudl let me setup channels for each channel

I know the devide exist, as some buildins let you see the security cameras of the building in your tv

yes

rf modulator is what you want then. but they often only have a choice of channel 3 or 4

most are going to have an rca input, but its the same signal and bnc to rca adapters are cheap

you are also only likely to find single channel ones, so you would have to get several and then combine the rf outputs

yeah for that setup you would need one per camera

you arent likely to find any with more than one input

and you can get much cheaper ones, down to around 15 usd
