Somethings not quite right with the camera groups

leaves old entries under parent groups that used to be sub groups, and doesnt respect the options, cant figure it out atm

MalakymR: new group code is work in progress. Should be done today though.

MalakymR: updates packages are available that should have better group ui.

really be pedantic one, adding a new group, the save button doesnt enable if you select the cameras before you type in the name of the group
