icon did some work in there so some changes, making modect work is still on me

We tried to make it work with remote cameras only to find that the av_packet it was creating was an empty shell with nothing other than the data in it, which didn’t help when trying to shove that packet back into a file

Audio now an option, if you have aac that will playback, otherwise we need to introduce a transcode on that

and we both have a PPA version on launchpad

i have quite a few alerts where the camera goes from night to day.. i can tell it's those alerts since the max. score is set to around 99.. any way i can prevent these alerts from triggering in the first place?

Onvif discovery is now enabled by default - What does this mean?

So i see that in the 1.30 notes there is an option to change the font, does this mean i can change it to ubuntu font? that would be amazing

also the onvif discovery, does that mean any onvif camera's ptz function would be picked up automatically?

zmjm: no discovery is just finding them and setting up none of the other onvif components are implemented.

jzaw: that looks like a remote cam not ffmpeg, so I assume not passthrough?

yes i have a few mjpg-streams which im x264 encoding

are they not being transcoded by ffmpeg?

takes the decoded images and ecodes them with ffmpeg, but more zm involved than typical transcode

can you try not encoding them just to see if you still get subheader error

and the other test would be against master, as I suspect either a merge screwup or something not related to branch

ill try just saving as jpgs

it's a few cams though ill have ot set them all
