How can I set a different email for each user so that, an alarm can be send to user A for cam 1 cam 2 and cam3 and user B will receive mail for cam 4 and cam 5
Is that possible ?

ZoneMinder only supports one email address. You could send all emails to a generic gmail account, and the create rules (google calls them filters) to forward those messages to other accounts based on the message title or content

and what if I use "execute command" instead of sens email in 'filters' windows ? Will Variables like %MN work ?

No, I'm pretty sure you cannot pass any variables using execute command, at least that is what I've read. I've never done used that feature myself.
