these cams as cheap as they are ... dont have poe built in

but they have a bit of space inside

jzaw: I've used these a number of times, they are small enough to fit into the traditional foscam indoor PT cameras

That banana pi looked good, but the camera only one only works with that shitty camera, it's not the normal csi interface

Oh, but the big pita issue is that damned ethernet-on-usb issue

trouble is, even if you used the Pi design and modified it, by the time you start your own fab run it'd be $200/shot simply due to the low run numbers

Yeah, well the A+ is small enough to fit inside a lot of the housings, but a better solution for the usb ethernet is required...
