#wine-staging

I tried running patchinstall.sh, but got some errors on a few and it aborted. It said "patch does not apply" for kernel32.spec, winbase.h, and winnt.h, before saying "ERROR: Failed to apply patch, aborting!" The dozens of other patch files before that didn't report any problems, but the all caps at the end suggests that it was a serious failure

yaomtc, please make sure you're updated to the latest stable and/or wine

in that case, make sure your wine source is at version 3.3

and not current git

would that be in VERSION? cause that just reads Wine version 3.3

I think I was going to grab it from there, but then decided to get it from git instead

So yeah that's probably where it went wrong. I'll try again with the one from sourceforge

if you cloned it, you can get the right version by using 'git checkout wine-3.3'

and then rebuilding

oh, I don't have autoreconf. I hope Solus has a package for that..
