slackner, what regressions did the MFStartup patch introduce? (App to test with)

LordFly_: it breaks steam, which attempts to use many additional functions when MFStartup returns S_OK

slackner, a stub for MFCreateEventQueue is good enough, then MFCreateStreamDescriptor which needs to return an interface :(. Ill upstream them once I think there ready.

slackner, there is also missing interfaces(idl) to be added also.
