Austin English: w_wine_version: add support for 1.8.x <-- i had this in my local branch ;-)

austin987: i altered the .NET 4.5 installation to skip the installation of older .NET versions in wine-staging as it is not required
austin987
ok
DarkPlayer
wine-staging installs the msu file properly and the .NET verifier shows it as correctly installed
austin987
you could use w_workarond_wine_version to make an if statement that when enabled installs the older versions and installs msu otherwise. The only enable it for staging builds.

the problem was just that winetricks handles 1.8rc as 1.8 and the msu patch was added in the 1.8.0 release. My idea was to wait for the first 1.9 release
