I have some question for install the MSYS2

wine-staging said the program dash.exe have encountered a serious problem

Does anyone know how to fix it ?

the version is very outdated, most of the msys2 related fixes have been added during the last months

should I update it ?

current version is 1.7.50, your version is about half a year old

so yes, try to check if it solved after updating

"apt-get update" doesn't take any arguments, it will update all installed packages

after updated wine staging?

Shihao: try `wine --version`

Shihao: you might have to wipe the wine prefix when the previous installation was incomplete / broken due to the outdated version

and do the steps again. but yes, first make sure that you're really using the latest version
