if I run this code: twistd -n web --port 8080 --wsgi myproject.app . And then I send 100 simultaneous requests to my server, will they all be processed in parallel ?

hey guys, i m building a decentralized p2p file sharing commandline application using Twisted... it basically contests elections and elects a leader who will play the role of tracker.. So, the peers will share the metadata of the files to the leader. Is it advisable for the leader to store the information in the program space or in some db?
