Usually the thing I recommend to get your patches reviewed faster is to do reviews for other people's stuff so the queue is smaller

but if you're already doing that… it's mostly just a matter of waiting :(

I always try to look at the Twisted review queue every day or so, but it depends on what else is going on at work
