shenki: Slowly getting there, The UVC code is almost in good shape

shenki: I now need to go back and fix up the CDC code

I also have code for generating efficent bitbanging code

shenki / ysionnea1: The TimVideos conda repo has an openocd version with miniSpartan6+ support pushed now. Make sure you have version openocd-0.10.0_dev_00119_g17d9c72-2015_11_23_1540 or greater (use get-env.sh to update)

I also ordered a 36 channels logic analyzer ... and bought a 16-channel upgrade for my $50 LA. in frustration from the CRC stuff debug
