these pep8 drive me nuts.. apparently the pep8 checks on 14.10 ignore some things that those on 14.04 report as critical

and because py.test is called with pep8 and pep8 is rand seperatly with it, too, everything has to be ignored two times (and the unittests fail because of style gliches)
