pezholio: most of the tests for theodi/dashboards fail locally for me. Is there a different instance of metrics.theodi.org that’s used for testing?

(it’s in a secure variable in .travis.yml, but travis seems to know something I don’t)

If I kill all the cassettes, I get “Service unavailable” (because https://metrics.theodi.org/ seems to be flaking a lot)

i.e. I don’t need that one to work locally, because I’m not changing anything. But the trello one is a problem

also… I might put everything into one big PR. Just because… the code I haven’t pushed yet depends on other PRs…

I’m not sure how to manage PR dependency :)
