there may be better ways to do it, but it covers the core stuff, incl all the MUSTs in their specs

is it for generating them or consuming them?

floppy: ldodds is looking at what extra stuff datapackage would need to act as a validation format

some tooling for validating and creating datapackages, including applying the schema information to validate the associated CSV files
