mrgru: did the agent run since? Logs from the puppet master (usually in syslog) would be useful to show, even if you say there aren't errors.

mrgru: I expect "reports = store, http" in the master's puppet.conf is overriding the "log, foreman" in [main]. Try removing the second.

but we are using this for the puppet dashboard?

set it to "store, http, foreman" then?

just avoid defining the same setting twice, the most specific wins

to change the root path, change the installation media under the hosts menu. The only way of changing the relative path is by editing ~foreman/app/models/operatingsystems, but that's not supported - file a bug if it's a standard layout that isn't working.

I'm surprised that Ubuntu 14.04 standard layout isn't supported
