I have copied a s3 bucket policy json from a bucket that was created manually, I have imported the bucket into terraform

but I can't get the policy to get applied

I copied the policy into a file and called it bucketname.json

i was trying to do policy = "file(bucketname.json)" on my tf file

but im getting => Policies must be valid JSON and the first byte must be '{'

Hey - I'm having a issue with vsphere provider. I'm not using templates, but building my (Linux) OS on the fly using dhcp/tftp/kickstart. The issue I'm having is after the host builds in VMware ESXi 6, it's not powered on. Is this normal? If so - seems like a strange default behavior. Can anyone throw me a bone?
