Hey, I'm trying to get started with terraform and AWS. Is the credentials.csv file the file you refered to in the explanation for "Shared Credentials file" authentification?

For the AWS provider, are secret key and access key the ones from IAM?

Because I keep getting Failed authenticating with AWS: please verify credentials

fydio: yes as long as the iam user has the correct permission

and you don't need to assume role or anything

jY: Thanks, I found the problem. It was that my local machine's time was off because I hadn't enabled ntp yet.
