Where you have the resource eg: resource "aws_instance" "web" {

is "web" available as an internal var

like $name

ells, you can refer to resources via their complete path like ${aws_instance.web....}

when i run go test, everything works out

my aws key and secret are good, so i dont know why the error is showing up

you're not getting the key/secret in, I bet one or both of c.AccessKey, c.SecretKey
