Hi. I'm using stripe integration now (C# and PHP) for a lot of stuff, and there are 3 features I'd like to know if they're either available or forthcoming. Anyone here who can ask about that?

Is it possible to generate a credit card token through elements even without a purchase or a customer token?

I want to allow a user to add a credit card, and generate the user token through that on the backend

then couple them together

Can I create a customer without a source? if i'm reading the docs correctly, a source is required when creating a customer, but to get a source, a payment has to have happened. I would like to create a Stripe customer alongside my code when the user creates an account.

Hi, I've a question about polling source status. In stripe v2 it was possible to poll for the status of the source object. Is this still possible in v3?

Or what is the preferred way of doing this? Using the webhooks?

is it required to use Elements?
