I'm currently evaluating if we should use StripeJS or Checkout. Checkout looks promising, but I don't see the option of storing the card holder's name

Also it looks like it's made just for immediate charges only... I'd like to use checkout ONLY for tokenizing the credit cards and charge them later on. Is this possible with Checkout? It looks like it was built only for immediate charges (because you're supposed to provide a certain amount for charging...).
