Is there a webhook for when a subscription's discount expires?

For any Stripe developer: I am using Stripe checkout on WordPress. Is it possible to read the email entry before the checkout form is passed to the Stripe servers?

i altered a subscriptions trial date to give the user some extra padding before the next billing cycle. this i guess triggered a webhook with charge: null and amount: 0. my webhook didnt know how to handle that.. usually it sends an email out for paid subscriptions. is there a resource of all possible combinations and what sort of email would be normal to send out in each case?

We've got customers across the globe and want to communicate the Stripe % for their locality before they connect to Stripe.

Is there something in the api that allows us to return that country specific information?

I'm not a dev so not sure how to find this out :S

At the moment we simply say "Credit Card Rate Set By Stripe" and it's up to the user to find out more. It would be great to say "Credit Card Rate 1.75% + 30c"

and for that to happen automatically from an api request (if that's what it's called)
