I have 3 accounts with Stripe

I need to charge and settle in several African currencies

what does this mean then ? Seems like it should work then in XOF currency if it auto changes it to my default USD, so why do I get the error and why do I need to open a bank account in Germany ? (see below from your site) Charges for a currency without a bank account will be converted to your default currency, USD

CB_ : because you can charge customers in that currency but you can't get transfers in that currency. It will always be converted to your default currency in your account

that is ok, but my account is not in that country

hence the problem

You can not do that in Canada. It's clearly explained in the article I linked. In Canada you can only charge in USD and CAD nothing else

so then I would need a Bank Account in Germany in order to charge in XOF ?

I don't see the link with Germany at all but no there is no way to do this. You are a Canadian business, you have a Canadian Stripe account you can *only* charge in USD or CAD. You can not do anything else
