Hi guys, got a question about multiple accounts.... We have an account now which is also our platform account. I would like an additional account for testing the connect integration with, and perhaps also to be our live account too so that it is serpate from our platform account

Hi, I'm having problems with Stripe and our Bigcommerce store. Can anyone help?

Basically we've had several credit card transactions which BC says are paid, yet the Stripe dashboard says zero transactions and zero balance.

koula: are you sure you're looking at the right account? the slider in the top left should be flipped to live mode. in the account settings, under the connect tab, it should list bigcommerce as one of the connect applications linked to your account.

hi praboud, the slider was initially in test mode (yellow), when I received the email from stripe saying we had received our first payment. After that I moved it to Live and we have received another 6 payments according to BigCommerce.

(also, to clarify, the test/live slide is just a display thing for the dashboard view. you can run the account in test and live mode at the same time.)
yeah, there's a delete button in the data tab of account settings
you can't reverse the action though, so be careful
after that, you can change the email address of the live account to the correct address

Thanks. Sorted for now. I've swapped the emails around and removed BC from the Connect page. I'll delete it once we receive our first transfer and everything is dotted and crossed.

Do you have any idea about the transfer schedule? So if I change from default (7 days) to daily, does it cost more for instance?

there's two parts to this - there's a delay on when the funds become available.
for the first charge, it's always 7 days
in the US, it usually drops to 2 days after that
the daily/weekly/monthly thing is seldom used. you're on daily by default. some people want to only ever receive one payment per week/month, but it's not common.
