        you're getting answers, just not as fast as you'd like. the answer will come as soon as they are capable of sending one

        Adbnormal meaning it went from eg $5 to $100 per transactions or at random. That could trigger it possibly. Also, I do not know how your website is coded, but I would suggest making sure you deny transactions if the CVC, or ZIP (if not both) arent compat with the card. This will reduce fraud.

        You will just have to be patient. Like rfunduk said, dont know what else to say. I am just trying to get an idea of what could cause the hold of funds, but like i said, the system is complex.

        that means we had a lot of support volume on thursday/friday, which tends to happen. so responses started getting delayed longer than usual. just sit tight, they are working hard on getting back to everyone. this channel is for technical/development support so nothing we can do about it here unfortunately
