Adbnormal meaning it went from eg $5 to $100 per transactions or at random. That could trigger it possibly. Also, I do not know how your website is coded, but I would suggest making sure you deny transactions if the CVC, or ZIP (if not both) arent compat with the card. This will reduce fraud.

that means we had a lot of support volume on thursday/friday, which tends to happen. so responses started getting delayed longer than usual. just sit tight, they are working hard on getting back to everyone. this channel is for technical/development support so nothing we can do about it here unfortunately
