Except pass along whatever information you provide to the credit card company.

i want to make sure they check the evidence i sent which is concrete to point that out during the decision phase thing

It is all on the Credit company side, and they are a black box until a decision is made.

Stripe has 0 say in the process. They simply get your evidence and hand it off to the credit company.

If they read the docs they'd know that.

Unfortunately, people just have a huge mis-understanding of how the credit system works.
