howdy I have a question for stripe staff

Hi There - I've been Stripe Customer for over 9 months now. Upon closer examination, around 7% of the first time payments and 13% of renewal payments are getting failed. This is resulting in a 15-20K loss per year

when i spoke to some other customers of Stripe - they mentioned this number is too high and they don't have such problems

What can i do to check if there are some incorrect settings causing this

sudheer: see if decline on address line 1 mismatch/cvc mismatch is enabled in your account settings
