hi all! I define a link with `.. _systemd-networkd: http://www.freedesktop.org/software/systemd/man.... Now, when I reference it in the text with " `systemd-networkd`_ " all is well, the text is a link and the footnote shows the link-target (http...).
But if i use " `systemd-networkd`_ " a second time, a second footnote with the same text is created.
Can I somehow force it to only create one footnote per link?
I also tried to use a replacemen: " .. |networkd| replace:: `systemd-networkd <http://www.freedesktop.org/software/systemd/man... " but the "|networkd|" in my text are not replaced and rendered red...
