hi. regarding the documentation for literalinclude, does it only appear on http://sphinx-doc.org/markup/code.html ?

the doc on the above page seems like 'introduction or description', not a reference tone. so I am wondering if there is any more ref on 'literalinclude'

which documents should reside underneath the _static directory?

I am slightly confused

I thought _static was for files that are not processed

such as images, etc.

or is it for *.rst files also?

I'm adding an object type using Sphinx.add_object_type in an extension. Is it possible for it to be displayed in the index with a prefix, but sorted as if that prefix doesn't exist? i.e. to look like %foo but sort like foo?
