the "Remove Incubated Oslo Code" session seems relevant for us

we still have openstack module in https://github.com/openstack/python-solumclient...

also there is solum-infra-guestagent repository which has openstack/common folder

imo we should just get rid of that repository from official solum repositories as we have not really used it at all

zhurong: while you are in Barcelona, I would suggest you to attend the cross project goals session for Oslo and Python 3 integration testing
