I don't want this to be called solum-guestagent

that was one of my objections in the spec review process for this

I wanted it to be solum-infra-guest-agent or something that won't be confuses with anything that would run along with apps

it looks like Julien has a better name in the commit message (olum-infra-guestagent), but did not adjust it in the config patchset

anyway I am going to take the liberty to fix this now before we start confusing people
