whimboo: there is another issue (that I know you hardly can resolve but...): when I run tests in firefox it crashes my video driver (nvidia)

Hi All, I might need some help. I am trying to build tests with Selenium IDE, and I was under the assumption the Selenium IDE plugin is working the same in FireFox, and Chrome. But I am running into a difference. Symptoms in FF I can use jquery in my IF steps. I Chrome I can not. (The jQuery does work in de Developer mode FF and Chrome.) But the Chorme Selenium IDE I can not call my for example: testHelper.setValue('1bb462ca-6875-4cd4-b0e3-2eb480df07a9:44896553', 'NOOoooo'); in de firefox Selenium IDE plugin it does work.

Did anybody else also run into this difference?

barancev: if it doesn't crrash beta or better test release (merge day was recently) we should do some checks but filing a crash bug would be good

After installing last versions I still see different behaveior on Firefox and Chrome Selenium IDE, for the most simple test. A raised an issuse for Selenium IDE.

at the same time, all tests are green, the crash did not hurt selenium. it must have happened on exit
