we've asked for help in the past, and haven't had much of any response
we could be more adamant about getting contributions
but don't blame me for not participating
all it takes is dropping in on our issue tracker
which you also didn't do above, as far as I can tell
either way, i reset all of your project earlier, you should be using the 16.04 builder
no update there as we haven't had much feedback from anyone, which we assume is a good sign
not sure how we'll support 3.6 yet, but that is more time we don't quite have atm
if you're looking for help, we have outlined the best way to get started with the project in our docs
i'll also say, we both try to disregard irc and twitter as a support channel, bug tickets are the best way to get an answer to your question

hi guys, happy holidays!
i have a question regarding the rtfd build service: one of my branches, in which I replaced an older homebrew Mock module with unittest.Mock as currently advised, is not finishing to build:
the "builds" tab on rtfd claims its building since 1day 4h now
this is only for those branches which use the currently adviced way for mocking
am I missing something?
ah: the log does not show any errors. it just stops after the first command (python .. pip install)
which looks like it does for all the other unproblematic branches
it does not get to the "cat conf" stage
if I tick "build in a virtualenv" in the settings, it hands at the same point, but the "builds" tab says it's installing, not building.
