Hi, I have a build with mkdocs that fails on ascii decode of a markdown file, https://readthedocs.org/builds/jdwebsite/2196322/

utf8 should be supported, right? Or am I doing something wrong? My local mkdocs works fine.

i dont understand the difference between "latest" and "default" in my versions settings. I'm in a bitbucket mercurial repo

I put most of my sphinx configuration in setup.py using Sphinx.BuilDoc class, is this ok for readthedocs ?
