I am getting s Server Error from https://readthedocs.org

I looked on @readthedocs on Twitter, but I don't see any outage announcement there

has this info been reported?

hmm, http://docs.python-requests.org is getting a "not found" error

is there an issue with cnames?

when i try to login, i get a fail whale too

I think RTD is down

man I'm blocked on what to do since we moved our conf.py

all of our builders won't build now

we want read the docs to use the conf.py as read from the branch it is building from

and on an old branch '2.4-release' there is a conf.py that is ready to build and correct with respect to that branch

but when I put in that path, and ask it to build that branch it Fails

RTD will find the conf.py automatically if you don't specify a path

which is probably what you want unless you have 2 of them

today I will fix the "front page redirects depend on a database" issue, I think

ericholscher: does it search per branch for the conf file?

on master we have conf at 'a/b/c/conf.py' and on branch foo we have 'a/conf.py'

when it builds 'foo' I want it to find a/conf.py

yea, it should search whatever its building

ericholscher: I think my builds were failing because of an infrastructure reason, moving the conf.py ended up not being a big deal now that those are resolved
