Hmm, looks like one of our other deps may be depending on the older version of Sphinx
Well, at first it installs Sphinx 1.2.2 (which is confusing - the version in our docs is 1.2.3). Then near the bottom of the setup output it detects the existing version of Sphinx and uninstalls it then installs Sphinx again, but apparently installs 1.1.3. Not sure why it's doing this
That's not happening when I make a new virtualenv locally and install our pip-requirements-docs.txt into it - I end up with Sphinx 1.2.3
