is calling ReactDOM.render() any different than calling .setState() on the top level react component?
      • i.e. if I call ReactDOM.render and have a bunch of pure components and my state hasn't changed
      • will it still do a whole virtual re-render
      • DeltaHeavy
maambmb: Yes, it's different. You shouldn't call ReactDOM.render to update anything

      • Any tips for integration testing a React / Redux app? Should I be running them in Karma to make the actual requests?
      • Or is Selenium better suited for it?

The only testing advice I have ever heard is to use Jest for unit testing

roadrunneratwast: Already got unit testing. Integration testing is a level above that (in terms of not dealing with things in complete isolation)
