testing toml for config file format...

replacing pasterdeploy ac

replacing pastedeploy didn't require lots of code if all one needs to support is loading entry points for server + app

... so it worked on first run...

but then :F pyramid uses dotted keys everywhere. in toml these make nested dictionaries

one solution would be to use a "dotdict"

that resolves spam['ham.eggs'] to also spam['ham']['eggs'] if missing

but... the registry will copy the given dictionary to a plain dictionary :F

ztane: the thing that made toml unusable for me is it is impossible to express a null in it

or an optional type, if you prefer
