-christel- : [Global Notice] Hi all, we are aware of the current spambot attacks, and we would encourage users to set themselves +R and channel operators to set +r in the channels while the attack is ongoing. While our mitigating efforts are catching the vast majority at the gate, a small proportion still make it through. Apologies for the inconvenience and please bear with us as we do our best to minimize impact.

Hi, i just added a validator to a colander/deform, as decribed in the docs. That is working. But now if i fill in invalid values, i see a trace in the log.
pyramid/renderers.py", line 284, in default
return obj.__json__(request)
TypeError: unbound method __json__()
the view is a normal HTML view, so no json renderer
anybody seen this before?

mcdonc what does this new "samesite" cookie option do?
I was running into an issue recently with my Pyramid app (which runs inside an iframe whose parent window is a different domain)
Turns out some mobile phone browsers reject "third party cookies" which is essentially what my app is at that point.
I ended up working around this by having my client set a CNAME from the parent domain to my domain, I also have this hack that allows me to set "wild domain cookies per request" which lets me create my `session` cookie on their domain, thus promoting me to first party
