The "virtualenv1" followed by "virtualenv2" situation is unavoidably confusing. It's "oh my god it's full of virtualenvs". Be great if we can come up with something better. Perhaps basically focus on getting CookieCutter into the relevant system Pythons? Or Dockerisring all the things.

I hope to be able to provide additional instructions for Conda users who have slightly different but equivalent configs.
And I think that we can now probably assume that users have Python 3 installed.
