it was working for me on py2 because it wasn't expanding my symlinked folder path... the symlinked version has no spaces

D:\>"d:\this is python 3 virtual env\Scripts\python.exe" -m venv

usage: venv [-h] [--system-site-packages] [--symlinks | --copies] [--clear]

py3 is expanding it :(

on windows hashbang gets properly quoted and invoked..

dunno why it wouldnt work that way on posix too

just playing around just now i haven't found a way to write a hashbang line with a space in it tha works.

but I'm not sure it's right... it's just replacing it with /usr/bin/env

and relying on bin/activate

on windows setuptools generate hasbang like this: #!"C:\Program Files\Python\python.exe"
