change zodburi to use ZEO<5.0dev as a workaround ?

with rtd.txt i am using simply '-e .[docs]' so it uses setup.py

and i don't know whether it is a good idea to change setup.py

or do i insert the pinned requirement in rtd.txt as the first line, and let pip sort it out?
