hey jpenny your pyramid box now holds all the equipment i use to continually quit smoking. this has been a box report.

stevepiercy must derive some sick satisfaction from maintaining older branches of docs

if you specify the version on the cli then you don't need the pre flag

if you say "pip install webob" you still get 1.5.1, I just tried it myself

--pre was in 1.4

if 1.6.0a0 is the only version of WebOb it can find it'll install it as well, but Iassume that's not the problem here unless someone has a custom index

bind: depends on the webserver if sendfile is used or some other mechanism

my solution to that would be

write a tween/middleware that injected my own wsgi.file_wrapper that set the header X-Sendfile

and only use that tween/middleware when you know you're behind nginx

otherwise it won't work

nginx actually uses a different header

so you kinda need to set it only when you know it'll work
