skinux: Probably from the repo on github. But a lot of linux distributions are able to install it as well. Are you just starting with pylons because you would probably be better off using pyramid.

Yes, I'm just starting. Pyramid seemed confusing to me.
Plus, I'm not looking for a big framework. Just looking for a simple framework to handle the HTTP header stuff for me.

skinux: Pyramid is just a more modern version of pylons. It is well suited to be a simple framework.
