I have some questions about setting up a python project

I'm writing an irc bot

and someone said I should have something called requirements.txt and setup.py and things like that

these are things that are true

requirements.txt lists out the libraries that your project uses, so that they can be easily installed by people who use your project

can I automatically generate that?

or should I just check all my includes?

actuall if you have a link to a tutorial or something that would be awesome :D

I just don't know where to start lol
