i think mount() is going to be a mess

i feel like it'll end up implemented kind of like ntfs junctions are in the NT kernel, which is a nuisance given that i wanted to avoid too much subsystem-specific stuff outside of subsystems

uhh, not that i have an NT kernel compatible subsystem yet :p
