I have a single NIC, I have created two networks (one via a DHCP on 192.168.0.x and another manually set to 10.x.x.x), the 192.168.0.x network has internet access, is it possible to share this internet with the 10.x.x.x network? When I try and use internet sharing (system preferences) for this job, it makes the machine unable to talk to anything on the network.

Mr`Jim: you normally need 2 nics

for internet sharing

so either wired shared to wireless

or wireless shared to wired

I guess you could do it all over one nic, but would not recommend it.

OS X internet sharing would not support it, you would have to configure it from the command line.
