Okay, wow, that just happened. My OSX randomly locked a file that, apparently, was a kind of virus... no explanation given but it refuses to delete it. THE FILE WAS NEVER OPENED just copied.

Hi good people! I'm working on automating certificate renewal of Let's Encrypt certificates (since they only last 3 months). Working so far: 1. Auto-renewal of the certs to the Let's Encrypt Live directory 2. Removal of the old certificate using "security delete-certificate ..”, and 3. Adding the new certificate using "security import ..”. Does anyone know if there's a way to update the certificates for the different services via bash

Doing some search-and-replace trickery in the config files followed by a reboot seems to be working, but will likely fail after future updates. I'd rather do it in a more official way if it exists. :)
