This answers nothing :) Alfresco only announced the Devcon

So my thoughts were at first: Huh they cancelled the summit/devcon cause it's 2 expensive. And they said targetting locally is better for them

So we started our own Bee Summit

and not Alfresco is starting again

Am I the only one thinking huh what happened? And what does it mean to the Bee Summit/Beecon.

It is indeed a little bit strange but I don't think it is a bad idea either

Maybe they just want a devcon every other year or something like that

What I guess would make this beecon real different is:

open discussions about for example the platform

Previous beecon we had a session about ADF, that was a start. but that wasn't an open discussion. It was already decided and was just a tell a story mode and others could ask questions
